Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By submitting any content to LeCuraTVN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Failure to read these terms does not exempt any participant from their application. These terms are binding upon submission.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in any LeCuraTVN production, documentary, media project, casting call, or story submission is entirely voluntary. No individual is required, coerced, or obligated to submit content or participate in any LeCuraTVN project.

By choosing to submit, participants confirm that their decision to participate is made freely, without pressure, inducement, or promise of compensation of any kind.

No Compensation, Payment, or Royalties

PARTICIPATION IN LECURATVN PRODUCTIONS IS UNPAID. NO FORM OF COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED.

Specifically, participants expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• No payment, wage, salary, stipend, honorarium, or financial compensation of any kind will be provided for participation, submission, appearance, or contribution.

• No royalties, residuals, licensing fees, profit sharing, revenue sharing, or any other form of ongoing or future compensation will be owed to participants at any time, for any use of submitted content.

• No backend profits, box office proceeds, streaming revenue, syndication income, or any other revenue generated from the use of submitted content or the production as a whole will be shared with participants.

• Participants are not entitled to screen credits, acknowledgments, or any form of attribution unless expressly agreed upon in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of LeCuraTVN.

Ownership of Submitted Content

ALL CONTENT SUBMITTED TO LECURATVN BECOMES THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OF LECURATVN AND ITS AFFILIATED PRODUCING COMPANY UPON SUBMISSION.

By submitting any content — including but not limited to video footage, audio recordings, photographs, written statements, personal accounts, testimonials, interviews, or any other media — participants irrevocably assign to LeCuraTVN all rights, title, and interest in and to such content, including all intellectual property rights therein.

This assignment includes, without limitation:

• The right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, broadcast, stream, publish, edit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit submitted content in any and all media formats now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity.

• The right to license, sublicense, sell, or transfer submitted content to third parties without notice to or further consent from the participant.

• The right to use submitted content in whole or in part, in combination with other content, or in any edited or modified form, without obligation to preserve the original context.

• All copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights in submitted content are transferred to LeCuraTVN upon submission. Participants waive any and all moral rights in submitted content to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Right of Withdrawal

Participants may request withdrawal of their submission at any time prior to the final production and distribution of the documentary or media project in which the submission is intended to be used.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to lecuratvn@gmail.com. Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal request, LeCuraTVN will make reasonable efforts to remove the participant's submission from the production, provided that production has not yet been finalized.

Once a production has been finalized, distributed, or published in any form, LeCuraTVN is under no obligation to remove, alter, or recall any distributed content containing the participant's submission.

Identity Concealment

Where a participant has requested identity concealment, LeCuraTVN will make reasonable efforts to obscure or alter identifying information, including facial features, voice, name, and other identifying details. However, LeCuraTVN does not guarantee complete anonymity and is not liable for any identification of a participant by third parties based on content where concealment measures have been applied.

Identity concealment applies only to the specific production for which the request was made and does not extend to future productions or any other use of submitted content unless separately agreed upon in writing.

Participant Representations & Warranties

By submitting content to LeCuraTVN, each participant represents and warrants that:

• They are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained the written consent of a parent or legal guardian if under 18.

• They have the full legal right, power, and authority to submit the content and to grant the rights described herein.

• The submitted content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party.

• The submitted content is truthful to the best of the participant's knowledge and does not contain knowingly false or defamatory statements.

• Participation is voluntary and the participant has not been promised any compensation, credit, or benefit in exchange for submission.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each participant releases, waives, and forever discharges LeCuraTVN, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• The participant's voluntary submission of content to LeCuraTVN.

• The use, editing, modification, distribution, broadcast, or other exploitation of submitted content by LeCuraTVN.

• Any identification of the participant by third parties notwithstanding identity concealment measures.

• Any decision by LeCuraTVN not to use submitted content in any production.

Failure to Review Terms & Conditions

FAILURE BY ANY PARTICIPANT TO READ, REVIEW, OR FULLY UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS DOES NOT EXEMPT THAT PARTICIPANT FROM BEING BOUND BY THEM.

These Terms & Conditions are made available to all participants prior to submission. By proceeding with any submission, participants conclusively acknowledge that they have had a reasonable opportunity to review these terms. LeCuraTVN bears no liability for any consequence arising from a participant's failure or refusal to read these terms in full prior to submitting content.

No claim of ignorance of these terms will be accepted as a basis for any legal action, dispute, or demand against LeCuraTVN or its producing company.

No Employment or Agency Relationship

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions creates or shall be construed to create any employment, contractor, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between LeCuraTVN and any participant. Participants are not employees, independent contractors, or agents of LeCuraTVN.

Neutrality

LeCuraTVN is a neutral documentary production platform and does not represent, endorse, or advocate for any political party, ideology, organization, or cause. Content submitted by participants does not reflect the views or opinions of LeCuraTVN or its producing company.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which LeCuraTVN's producing company is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction as determined by LeCuraTVN.

Amendments

LeCuraTVN reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will govern all submissions received after the date of amendment. Continued submission of content following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Participant Acknowledgment

When using LeCuraTVN Submission canidates confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Voluntary Casting Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Submission canidates agree and understand that participation is voluntary and that no compensation, payment, or royalties of any kind will be provided now and/or can be claimed in the future.Submission canidates understand that all content  submitted via www.lecuratvn.org/ becomes the sole property of LeCuraTVN and its producing company. I understand that failure to read these terms does not exempt me from their application.
